Written by DC-area playwright Audrey Cefaly (The Gulf, The Story of Walter) and performed by artist Katie Mariko Murray (Simply Sondheim, Passion), this new song ‘Salt Lake’ speaks to the isolation we are all currently feeling and the hope for better days ahead.
Audrey said of this new song, “'Salt Lake' has taken on a much deeper meaning for me personally since the insurrection and the election. I’ve always written stories and songs about the lost and lonely. And this year has been just that for so many of us. But we will get back, stronger than before. I really believe that.“
